Requirements by tier
Standard fleet deposits
- Tier 1: $250-$350 security deposit hold.
- Tier 2: $350-$500 security deposit hold.
- Tiers 3 and 4: $750-$1,500 major credit card hold.
- Tier 5: $500 hold chauffeured / $2,500+ self-drive.
- Full coverage auto insurance required for all self-drive rentals.
Standard fleet mileage and age
- Tiers 1-2: 150 daily miles included, then $0.75 per additional mile.
- Tiers 3-5: 100 daily miles included, then $2.00-$3.50 per additional mile.
- Dedicated driver included on full-day Tier 5 rentals.
- 3-hour minimum required on all hourly bookings.
- Valid driver's license: age 21+ for Tiers 1-2 and 25+ for Tiers 3-5.
Partner fleet deposits
- Executive Sport: $500-$750 hold.
- Luxury SUV: $500-$750 hold.
- Performance EV: $1,000 security deposit hold.
- Exotic Performance: $1,500-$2,500 major credit card hold.
- Full coverage auto insurance required for all self-drive partner vehicles.
Partner fleet mileage and dispatch
- 100 miles per day included on all tiers.
- $2.00-$3.50 per additional mile based on model.
- A 2- to 3-day minimum booking may apply on the Urus S.
- Self-drive rentals require a valid driver's license and age 25+.
- Major credit card required in the primary driver's name.
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is chauffeur-operated only: $175 per hour, or $150 per hour for 3+ consecutive hours.
